I’m going old school this year and returning to my post commemorating little things I’m grateful for. Below are some everyday happenings in my life lately that shouldn’t be overlooked but celebrated. Enjoy, and Happy Thanksgiving!

“It’s the sweet, simple things of life which are the real ones after all.”

Laura Ingalls Wilder

-I bought enough “cheater” eyeglasses placed around the house so I don’t have to hunt for a pair when I need them.

-The cuticle oil I purchased recently makes my hands and nails look fabulous! It’s working!

-Decluttering lots of things from my house that I’m not using. It’s good to pass things on to a new home.

-I’ve found a new tea I love…decaf chai! Every time I take a sip it makes me feel so cozy!

-I started wearing perfume again after discovering one I love: ” Infinite She,” Empowered. It’s a little spicy with cardamom and orange blossom. When I wear it, I feel good about myself.

-A new cat litter has made my life easier! I found a new brand that tracks less litter around the house. If you’re a cat owner, you understand! Less vacuuming in a day is a good thing.

-I’m looking forward to burning a Christmas candle I recently bought. I’m saving it to light tomorrow to kick off the season!

-Yesterday I opened our back door and one of my favorite scents was in the air. Someone was burning a fire. Love it!

-I bought some plain, black velvet ornaments, which added the perfect finishing touch to my Christmas decor this year. It makes it better that they were on sale.

-I was channel surfing and I found the Walton Family Thanksgiving Special so I recorded it to watch this weekend!

Make yourself a list. You’d be surprised by the little bits of happiness you discover!

I am not endorsed by any of the products I listed. I just like them and wanted to share!
